We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the new, unused item, in it’s original packaging, and we’ll replace it or give you a refund. Used items cannot be returned for a refund. Exceptions are manufacturer defects. In that event, please call for detailed instructions.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Any item not returned in its original condition will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
- Custom bicycles are not covered under this return policy and may not be returned or exchanged.
- SPECIAL ORDERS: May be returned but will be subjected to up to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns of bike parts are only accepted within 30 days of when you receive your order. We can only refund returns of parts with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND MATERIALS. We are not responsible for return shipping.
If you are not happy with your order please follow these steps for returns and exchanges:
- Complete the online return form at the bottom of the page with your full name and email. Also include your order number and reason for return/exchange in the message box and we will contact you as soon as we receive your request.
- Indicate which items you would like to return, referring to the item numbers and quantities included in your package’s invoice.
- Securely package your items and double check the return form for accuracy.
- We recommend USPS and UPS, or use your preferred shipper. Please request a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.
- Ship item to provided address.
- We will provide the refund back to your account in the original payment form in 1-3 days upon receiving and inspecting the item.
Please note: For exchanges we are only able to exchange the same style for a different color or size. If you would like a different item, please place an order for the new item and complete the return form for a refund within 30 days of receiving the original order.
